We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for any paperwork or administrative questions to be addressed. While we will make every effort to obtain your x-rays from your referring provider, please note that new x-rays may be required to ensure an accurate diagnosis and to facilitate insurance benefit approval.
The new patient examination typically lasts between 45 minutes and one hour. After your discussion with the doctor, our Treatment Coordinator will review the costs associated with your treatment. If you have dental insurance, they will also explain how your benefits will be applied.
In the case of a complex diagnosis, a follow-up appointment may be necessary to allow the doctor time to collaborate with your referring provider and finalize your treatment plan. Once your plan is complete, we will assist you in scheduling your treatment appointments.
